As per order of CONT P No.671 of 2014 in WP No. 7304 of 2006 , issued by the Hon’ble The CHIEF JUSTICE and The Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. SUNDRESH, erecting of hoardings, banners and all such materials etc., will not be displayed for the time being till the matter is considered by the Hon’ble Madras High Court.
Hence it is announced to all the residents, Political parties etc., of Madurai City that no such permission shall be given for erecting of hoardings, banners and all such materials etc., until suitable instructions are received in this regard.
